    In the process of purchasing a 65 GTO with no ID plate on Firewall. VIN plate on body is there Sent for PHS and came back as GTO
    How important is the ID tag ??
    -Power steering missing
    -Gauge package missing and replaced by another dash with warning lights and tachometer not original?
    Any thoughts or help on this matter would be great.
