They are real. I remember 15 years ago a couple of friends finding out that they needed this piece and, after much searching, finding some NOS.
Hard to find now. I don't think they are needed anyway.

Yup, I just haven't seen the 67/68 Firebird headrests to confirm they are the same as Camaro. I suspect they are.

Fisher weeks definitely were not absolute and did not begin and end on fixed days - they were more of a concept. :)
