Yep, always turn your torque wrench down to its lowest reading, think of a spring in there and leaving it at a set torque value higher in the scale stretches the spring and ruins accuracy.

The Pontiac lifter has the correct oil band height. I replace the cheap retainers with 16mm snap rings though. Fastenal SKU 35210
