Has anyone tried putting the 2.11-1.77 valves
and screw in studs in # 15's. I've tried to find so # 64 but had no luck.

Jim, doing that to the #15's would make them very similar to the #64. Make sure to run run a 75-degree bowl hog after upsizing the valves. It will unshroud the entire area allowing you to take full advantage of the larger valve diameter

A friend upgraded some and did a pocket clean up and they flowed with a regular big valve D port. Seems like that would make a good street 400 head. All of the exhaust holes are not drilled and some of the accessory bolt holes are missing for late model brackets.
