rob, when should i get mine? were they dropshipped?

How much compression or boost will these bad boys take? Without o ringing?

I'm at 12.25 to 1 6% underdriven with 8lbs boost. I'd like to go 1 to 1 on my drive and that would set me at 13.5 to 1.

JC, your's should've been dropshipped, actually you should've got yours today. I will double check on Monday.

Supergas, these don't get o-rings. The 4.300 small bore design gasket with valve relief fire ring has held on engine with 18psi boost. The larger bore design has the stronger "round" fire ring and center layer embossing won't know how much past 11-1200hp it will handle till someone does it.

The latest consensus is that the cometics will take everything any copper and o-ring will. The flip side is that when engine lean outs or other acts of god that burn a copper gasket clean out and damage the head at most, will torch cut the head and block because the Stainless steel in the Cometic gasket refuses to burn away.

Rob did you get my gaskets out yet? I thought I was going to have them by Friday but I guess not. They were the 4.200 x .036 I ordered them last Friday. This is Greg in Virginia.
Thanks Greg

I will check on that Monday also, Cometic is behind, but your's should've made it out this week too.
