Bought a pair of F-body headers from Dan. Nicer than he described. Thanks, Dan.

But they were up in Canada. Tony V threw them into the trunk of his newly-purchased Firebird and brought them to the good ol' USA. Remember the Firebird debacle?
Thanks, Tony.

Scott Rex delivered them all snug and secure. Thanks, Scott.

Another deal where Misus didn't even have to get out of his chair...

Scott is THE man!

Richard Ohran 12-06-2001 10:37 PM

But Scott, why do you need F-body headers?

Hell, I'm still waiting to find out what the Magneto is for.
Scott, you altering those F-body pipes to work on that blow/injected lawnmower?

Richard Ohran 12-07-2001 01:20 AM

Ohh... I think I know. Scott bought those for my christmas present, and now I've spoiled it by finding out... sorry, Scott. I'll pretend to be surprised.

Scott Misus 12-07-2001 01:26 PM

Because I have a Firebird. Or two.

Richard Ohran 12-07-2001 11:58 PM

What? That's it? That's all we get? We thought all you had were early 60's boat type pontiacs. What year firebirds? What color? Pictures? What purpose? Strip? Street?

We want more....

Never heard of a "sprint" before. I did a search in some of the classifieds but didn't come up with anything. Is it anything special?

pontiacmark 12-09-2001 01:44 AM

Sprint= 250 cu in OHC inline 6 cylinder with Q-jet carb and 10.5:1 compression. 230 HP in '69.

Half-Inch Stud 12-09-2001 08:33 PM

That Sprint OHC6 has an HEI.

So it can really hit 7500 in all gears [except 4th...that would be 165MPH].
