Turbo the 3.8 or performance mods

Does anyone here know how to turbo the 3.8 V6 in a 97 Firebird? I have the Turbo but I need input on what else I would need to do, I'm looking for about 5 PSI. Also what are good mod's other than forced induction should I need to go that route. I've looked around but I cant find anything for a Bird or camaro at that matter.

Any help whatsoever will be appreciated

Thanks

I bet with what you'll spend on the turbo setup, you could sell the car and buy one with an LT1, and probably make more power than stock. The mustang guys around here told me about a v6 turbo mustang the guy dumped loads into, and he still got beat by a stock GT. Even he said he should have sold it and bought the v8 car. just my .02.

You'll need a turbo manifold setup...will probably have to be fabricated, oil feed and drain lines to the turbo, a waste gate to regulate boost, a blow off valve to drop boost when the throttle closes, probably bigger injectors, definately a special MAP sensor to read boost, a computer setup to properly tune the fuel curve, an intercooler is a good idea, all of the associated plumbing will have to be fabricated, a down pipe and exhaust work to graft it in, ROOM is a biggie, I've probably left alot out and as you can see it gets expensive really fast to do it right. best of luck

I looked into it and I'm not going that direction, looking for just bolt ons and the like.
