hey , does anyone know how much lift the fuel pump drive lobe should have, I got a friends car that has fuel delivery problem.

I'd be checking other issues before that, i bet its a fuel pump issue or fuel lines routed wrong, clogged filter?

look at pump, spring on pump arm, pump shaft and if pump has been changed or removed recently, then check it has not shifted position.
