I think this is one pissed off truck driver. How else could you explain it.

Maybe the truck driver should have called 911 for assistance on how to operate his truck?

and the rims on that car were not throwing out a shower of sparks because ??

because they are aluminum ??

Maybe they were out of gas and someone called the fuel truck for them. "Gee Osifer, I was only looking for a place to pull over and give em some fuel. That last sign said..... Rest Area 20 Km." ;)
