66 Lemans, 4 speed, console, gages, posi
2 Attachment(s)
I bought this 1966 Lemans with the intention of parting it out. But after taking a good look at it I think its almost too good to part out. It has been sitting in a barn for since 1973. It was parked due to a leaking water pump. It is a nicely optioned car. Options include 4 speed, console, rally gages, 3.36 posi., padded dash (no holes in dash pad) Manual steering and manual brakes. Engine is a 326 with a 2 barrel carb.
There are some small rust spots, both front fenders have a hole in the bottom rear corner, the passengers side dor has a small hole in the lower front corner, there is a small hole around the rear window on the passengers side, rust seems to be starting to break thru on the drivers side of the trunk lid. The trunk has rust breaking thru above both of the frame mounts on the front edge of the floor of the trunk. Other than these spots the floor boards have no holes. The engine turns over, I have not tried to start it. I had to cut the drivers side rear brake drum to get the car to roll as that drum was frozen. The car is now stored inside in a garage. This would be a nice car to go thru mechanically and then just drive it daily. Or if you have a rough GTO that needs alot for restoration here is a good parts car.
I will sell for $4200. email me at [email protected].
