Sheet metal style water cross over
Don't know if this is a production piece or not. Do you know anyone that sells a fabricated water crossover? Just really hate the look when you cut the front of a intake off.
Thanks |
Lugnut, just build it yourself, its easy.

Happy New Year Lug...
Bigchief468 is running a KRE sheet metal intake...and has a sheet metal crossover on his old motor... Maybe you coluld check with Jeff/KRE. There is a picture of it in Performance For Sale section under NSS... Got any 6.7 rods ??....:-) |
I added an old warrior crossover someone divorced long ago. KRE sells new cast pieces.

Thanks all, I think Ill try Sonnys. I looked at KRE, didnt really see anything there. I may end up making one, I just wondered if someone had one "off the shelf"
Happy New year to you to Troy. How are you feeling? I hope all is well. Maybe see ya at the track next.. I mean this year if all goes well. I do not have any spare rods. Are you looking for aluminum or steel? I do have a spare Nod iron crank lightened and balanced for aluminum rods. |

Just thinking ahead for aluminum rods for the 4.5 crank in the future..I assme 6.7's...let Jack call it... Hope to catch ya at track... |
|
I know KRE makes the cast crossover....But Bigchief468's intake & crossover (sheet metal) were made by KRE also...
|
I am sure they make a sheet metal crossover, it is just not listed separately on their site. They show one in the picture of the sheet metal intake as well.

Remote water manifold! I will post pics tomorrow. Way better way to go.
|
I am interested in the Pic and the idea of the remote water manifold. Thanks
|
This is one of my 4 into 1 water manifolds. It's set up for 4 #10 o-ring fittings (but you can use a combination fitting that is up to #12) and 1 #20 o-ring on the opposing side.
I also make a 2 into 1 water manifold. It uses 2 #16 to 1 #20. Both have provisions for NPT for water temp pick up. http://i448.photobucket.com/albums/q...s/IMG_0353.jpg http://i448.photobucket.com/albums/q...s/IMG_0350.jpg |

Could be used to pipe water from both ends of heads..:) |
Yes,yes and exactly. $135 No fittings, but they are not to much.
It packages way better and looks so much nicer, radiator hose is only about 4-6 inches long. And you can pull water from where ever you want!!!! If i get a chance i will take pics of my set up. |
VERY NICE ! I would love to see pics also!

Manifold
That looks nice. Does the maniflold just hang there by the support of the hoses, or is there a mounting bracket? Do you make these? Do you stock these?
|
This is my set up, its old-before the 2pcs billet design. I am picking up water between the middle exhaust ports. The water temp is in the middle of the water manifold.
