I have two issues:The cruise control stopped working and the horns quit. Fuses are good in both cases

As far as the cruise control. Look for a vacuum leak near the controller. I had a rotted line. once I replaced it my cruise started to work again.

For the CC X2 on the vacuum leak near the controller, our 99 GTP had the same issu, same fix. I ended up replacing all the plastic vacuum lines that run around the Super Charger also, at around 110,000 miles. The plastic had gotten brittle, and one of my wifes quick customizing jobs (she totaled the car 3 times!!!!!) caused them to start breaking.

On the horn, start with the easy stuff, is power getting to the horn itself? If so probably a bad ground or possibly horn. If not check the wiring but it is probably a horn relay or Contacts in the steering wheel.

My wife the drag racing champion has 2 speeds, full on the Gas and full on the brakes!!!!!!

She also gets easily distracted by shiny objects!!!!! And being down if Florida you probably dont remember ice on roads, only in Mojito's LOL!!!!!

The last time she hit an icy spot on a clear sunny cold morning and went off the road, side swiped a fence, brushed up some pine trees, nicked a mail box, then bent the engine cradle on the curb she hit. We didnt keep the car long after I put it back together that time, traded the 99 GTX in on the 09 G8GT, so far she in nicer to the Aussie Built Car.

She also ran into a parked car to miss a child (I don't blame her for that 1) and ran into the back of a Ann Arbor City Bus!!!! No explanation on how she managed that one though!!!!!

Have you ever thought of putting BIG bumper guards on her cars ??? lol

Funny you should say that, for some reason she does want a mid to late 70's 4-door LTD that she wants to paint black and put push bumpers on, her idea not mine!!!!! LOL!
