Correct Tie Rod Sleeves for 70 GTO
 

Fellas -

Trying to finish up parts scrounging for my 70 GTO and have a question on tie rod sleeves.

I know the replacements (Moog, etc) are not exactly correct.

I also know there is a difference between OEM pieces. I thought that the 70-72 tie rod sleeves were thicker than the 68-69s, but not I'm not sure.

Does anyone know for sure or does anyone have pictures/dimensions they can post?

Just trying to get this right; won't cost much more to have the correct parts here and it will be judged this summer at the nationals.

Seeing a date code on the c link makes me wonder; are centerlinks rebuildable?
Is there a big deduction on points for not having the date coded unit?
