The only thing I can think of would be a hydraulic slave cylinder. But, I really don't know.

If you mean the two bolt holes to the left of the clutch fork, those are for the 65-70 full size cars. The z-bar pivot bracket attaches there (rather than using the ball stud screwed into the block that A and F bodies use).
