How much boost hp looks low unless boost was low

Stock 389, small hyd. cam (2802) @ 4600 ' elevation. Stock 6x head for what it is at 9 psi that is nice! That power is to the wheels.

Sure it does.

N/A it would be a huge difference, but being boosted it can make more HP, just not as much as if it was at sea level or the North East Coast.

Yes, it does. Just as much as it does with NA. I've learned that doing my blower conversion. The air quality numbers are critical to a safe and powerful tune. The difference is in a boosted situation, you can always (theoretically) increase the air input to compensate for "bad" air, something you can't easily do in an NA application.

At only 3650 RPM!!! Getting that hooked up ought to pin him in the seat pretty hard! Proof you dont need long stroke to make big torque lol!

Are you planning on running it at the track?

Its got an old school TV7101 that I bought from Jeff on Pontiac zone. Its just a super simple combo that I really figured id blow up with the cast pistons. I am slowly building a pretty bad 400 that I want to make some crazy but reliable numbers with. Its a roller set up, ported rpm heads, etc.. This engine did however many years in the original car, then 17 years in a street rod, then sat for another 8-10 or something, then I got it and did this haha. And yes I went to the track but I didn't pass tech due to no cutoff switch and battery box. The tech took one look at the engine and that turbo and looked at me and paused. Then he said "Yeah. You'll wanna go ahead and get a fire suit and a cage while youre at it" and the other 2 or 3 three guys got a little upset with him and started questioning him "so.. youre not gonna let him run? Really? Come on.."
