Wheel screws or No screws.
 

I currently don't have screws in my wheels and have noticed that they have moved a little bit. What do you guys use instead of screws? I just hate to start putting holes in my wheels if I don't have to. Thanks

your going to have too it will just keep spinning on the wheel had to do it myself broke my heart to do it lol

Or buy some bead lock wheels.

You can always do what I did: buy used wheels that are already tapped for screws.;)

Are radial slicks an option? I run mine at 17-22 PSI, which counteracts slipping.

What brand of wheel? Weld offers bead seat knurling, may help with your situation.

Not sure what tires we are talking about but just a fyi you can NOT screw radials

I use Permatex Aviation sealer. Stays put and does not move.

I just let them move, but I rotate them every race. They settle in to where they don't move that much. Just make sure the tires are tubeless.

I am running Hoosier radial slicks hoo 18211. I run them at 20 psi.

If you are just having a little movement, I would mark them and keep an eye on the actual amount and rotate as mentioned. I might also be inclined to try some of the chemical remedies before drilling the wheels. We ran screws in the Grocery Getter wheels and it's a PIA. The screws eventually work loose, they eventually strip out in the wheel. They also lose a tiny amount of air around some of the screw holes. The wheels are hard to clean with tire/rubber dirt getting in and round all the screws. We had to eventually use 16 screws on each wheel face, 32 total because just 8 caused the tires to wrinkle so badly, they caused tire shake. The 16 screws did help this allot. We should have gone to double bead locks, a much better set-up but adds lots of rotating weight. I would tend to live with minor movement.

I've used Permatex Hi-tac brush on sealant (red stuff) and had great success with that on Bias slicks and MT street radials. Gone 1.32 60's that way on the bias.

Brush a small amount on the bead of the tire. Any excess wipe off with brake cleaner while still fresh after assembled and aired up.
I run the MT Pro Bracket Radial with 18-20 PSI and this has worked well.

I used dish soap when my radials were mounted, they moved a couple of inches and stopped moving now. 1.26 best 60 ft

On my steel steels, I just used black bead sealer. But I only 60 1.43
