tightening brake pedal rod lock nut under dash

A '67Bird:

Anyone know what magic tool or trick to use to tighten the lock nut on the MC shaft? There's not much room to get even a small wrench to do a full turn inside the pedal support. The nut flats are in a spot I can no longer get a wrench to line up for more turning (wrench offset in either direction). Every month or so I must tighten finger tight to remove play.

I think this may work. You could get a quality box end wrench that was thin and cut a groove big enough to go over the shaft.http://www.ebay.com/itm/NICE-SNAP-ON...-/401302505090
