670 head question

Good Day All

I'm replacing the 093 heads on the wifes 66 389 with a set of 670's.

From what I've been able to piece together I will need to replace the rocker/nut/fulcrum, push rods and the valve covers due to the different valve geometry.

Is there any other parts needed? Any advice on brands?

The car is used for cruising only.

Thanks to all who respond.

Sounds to me like you have it covered. I do know that failing to swap out the 389 valve covers for the taller 400 style will not be pretty.

See my answer to "push rod" question that you asked. You can use your old rockers if they are in good condition.
