Oh no. That's too bad.

Thought they had the best Pontiac cams in the early 80's. Isky Magnum 245/245 on 104 LCA was formidible. But cannot find digital reference to the Magnum series.

Sad news, what a pioneer of pure horsepower!

Ed had a great attitude. My mental picture of him is in his clown suit riding a bicycle through the pits, after a competitor called him a clown!:)

Stan, yea the Mega series was like 20 years after the Isky Magnum series.

RIP Prayers sent. I liked to read his tips at the back covers of car magazines

Mark I have a 1981 1/2 catalog and a 1988 supplement from Isky.

Only in the 1981 1/2 catalog do they list any Magnum Cam, in fact through out that whole catalog the only Cam they list with a Magnum name IS for a Pontiac.

Who knows maybe Isky was just kicking off the Magnum line back then?

There roller Cams back then listed for $340, so $260 for a hard face solid Cam makes me wonder how many of these they sold.

What's with all the Love for a guy and camshaft brand that gravitated to a 108 lobe center everyone knows you need a 114 to make power? Asking for a friend.. No actually stirring the pot a bit... I admire his passion for speed and his longevity aka. duration in life.. RIP.

One of my college buddies with a 64 GTO had an Isky Rev kit!

The first cam I ever had was a 505/310 (I think) Isky cam, it had a hateful lope and sounded amazing.

I just used one of his cams it was a 204 dur .411 lift square on a 110... Replacement for a 1970 350 engine with a muncie. I was after mellow ran better than stock which had 4 diminished lobes and was mellow
