1970-74 Trans am Engine/Motor mounts

Need recommendations of mounts for street driven 74 Trans am.

see a lot of Metal ones online? are they any better? what about vibrations/noise?

Thanks in advance

My :2cents: ;
Rubber was chosen for a reason - it is the best material for a street driven vehicle.
anything stiffer will have vibration repercussions - with the worst being a solid mount.

Stick with original mounts for the street IMO, if there is more power than stock, make your own "mighty-mount" out of stock mounts... Thats all they do, they grind the "made in taiwan" off stock mounts and install a .25 cent bolt.

I make my own and add a little extra strength, been in a 72 firebird with a 500+hp stroker that runs low 11's, so far they have lasted for 10+ years.
