Ac crimped fuel pumps
 

Anybody know of anyone restoring crimped AC fuel pumps? Originals are getting hard to find and expensive

This guys name comes up often as being the ONLY guy rebuilding Crimped Pumps.
I do not know if he is still doing this and I've read it very pricey.
He doesn't have any type of site/page.

Fred did an excellent job on my 68 fuel pump.

Most recent talk on his service indicated a 1 year backlog.

Sounds like business opportunity to me. If there are a year worth of people on a list, how many more have given up and gone another direction?

Thanks all for the input. I agree we need someone to pick up the torch and run with this service. With availability of original pumps getting worse and the prices are going out of sight somebody could have a long term job
