Mine did sound like air leaking thru bypass valve as well, but ya the piece on top of tank that the 1/4 plastic lines goes to has a check valve in it
that can stick and allow tank pressure back to...

has a one way...

Old school speakers my brother bought in 78-79 area, Wharfdale E70's. Plus an old Pioneer receiver I am still using today in the shop,
Not with those speakers though.

Baron is correct, right behind the drivers door is a reflection off of a building giving the effect of telephone pole hit in 1/4 panel.
Looks worse the bigger you enlarge it.

Alway had plans to put new woofers in but never get around to it.

Another thing to watch for is the outer pad moving, can cause clunk. Old pads had (Silicone) for lack of better terms on outside pads, this can help pads from moving.
Outside pads had tabs on top...

Just curious if you did alignment or sent it to shop. If shop did it, it would be centered or take it back. 1/4 turn is out to much if alignment was done by shop.

There should be up and down play in the input shaft when seated if no play you have something wrong. But i'm no expert on this. Just my 2 cents.

Usually last 5-10 minutes, had all the test an never found anything....
