You should recheck to see that everything is tightened down with the rocker arms. I'm pretty sure #20 is only for the stock or near stock camshafts. Anything else you'll have to adjust the rocker arm...

It would be a neat idea for a street build-up, but a very costly one at that. I think I would be better off buying a home in the country area and giving emissions the big middle finger.
