I still have the bottom end but did not know...
I still have the bottom end but did not know people were going to these lengths to fix these engines. I would not be able to gaurantee the block as it is...don't know if there are any other cracks...

The block had a cylinders that had holes broken...
The block had a cylinders that had holes broken through due to ice...the crank and everything else was locked in it also. I am not too sure someone would want to spend the money to sleeve that many...

Top end value?
The top end came off a 389 4-spd 65 GTO convertible with a WT block but the block has holes in the cylinder walls and is useless. The heads are #77 heads...driver side head has a date code of L194...

Do you have those washers at each end with the crimps in them? If so then you are good. I had the same issue with my 69 m-20 and I just rang it good with a brass hammer and it flushed it right up...
