Well today I put a ground strap on the rag joint...

Well today I put a ground strap on the rag joint & sure enough the horn is working again.
The strange thing is I have owned the car for 11 years & it never had a ground strap there & the horn worked...

Hi folks this one is making me crazy & I'm hoping someone here can help with the fix.When I tighten my steering wheel up I lose my horn. After checking with a meter I see that I lose the ground on...
