OEM pushrod guide plate for Pontiac 400 (1968 GTO)

I'm looking for one OEM pushrod guide plate that had 4 rod guides, fits over 4 rocker studs and is held down by two bolts. - anyone have one kicking around?

68 GTO quarter window seal/trim
