Was supposed to be done in 3 months.
Brought them a car cover in case they had to let it sit outside since the car...

69 GP rear Diff. question
My 70 4 speed G.P. has 3:31 ratio with a 12 bolt. Have owned several of these cars but this is the 1st one with this rear diff. All others have been 10 bolt with 3:23. Just my 2 cents.

70 G.P. trunk lid
Thanks for that info. Have you tried to fit the thin stainless steel trim that runs along the bottom edge of the deck lid ?
Don't know if a difference in thickness affects the fit of the trim piece....

70 G.P. trunk lid
Looking for a clean rust free trunk lid for my 70 G.P. 4 speed project. Prefer a factory piece but very hard to find. Anyone tried one of the reproduction ones from our host ? Is it a GTO or a G.P....

70 4 speed G.P. on "the rack"
Fabricated a rack that ties into body mounts so I could flip 70 G.P. 4 speed body on its side to clean, paint, undercoat bottom of body without damaging any body panels. Built it out of an old sign...

More 70 4 speed restoration pictures
Chassis basically complete. Frame blasted and painted ( I like glossy) All suspension and brakes completely rebuilt. Engine completely overhauled. Used dished pistons to retain original # 13 heads....

Restoration of 70 G.P. 4 speed is coming along....
Restoration of 70 G.P. 4 speed is coming along. Chassis and all mechanicals are done. Currently working on underside of the body. Hope to have body back on chassis soon. Will post pictures shortly....

70 G.P with cloth interior?
After a long, long search I finally found /bought a 70 G.P. with 4 speed.
Owned several 69 to 72 G.P.'s this one has cloth inserts in the buckets.
Anyone know if cloth was available? thought only...
