This should fix the issue you have. I went to Advance Auto parts and picked up 4 of the METAL connectors. Part number attached. They have the grounding tab on them. Picture attached. I sanded the lip of the hole that they go into about an inch all around with 120 grit. Made sure my screws holding the tail lens in was tight. Put the bulb in WHOA. Didnt need the ground after I did this. I put in NEW XEON bulbs that I got off of EBAY and these are so BRIGHT. You almost cant look at them because of how bright they are. Standard 20 amp fuse is NOT blowing so draw isn't much more than stock. I am going to do the same with the reverse lights. Got the XEON bulbs for those too.
