I guess I was not very clear with my question....just wondering if the Auto trans car weighs more or less than a 4 speed car. Once you stated the Chrysler 440+6 manual trans cars are 90lbs. heavier than the auto trans cars. Also, as I am not that familiar with drag racing (road racer at heart) do the auto cars have any advantage other than being easier to drive consistantly? I guess I grew up thinking the 4 speed had the advantage...
