Well stated and I totally agree. I would add that data from either side should be viewed with extreme skepticism until there is an overwhelming breakthrough. Even then, policy tied to any break through should be minimal or non-existant until there is proof! I saw something this morning where a NOAA scientist stated that Global Warming is NOT a theory. Whatever lady.....
