I believe.....
1) In the back and sides it is fastened to the rear trim sticks just like the top. In the front it folds over the top of the rear seat brace and is bolted on (trapped behind) the parade boot mounting strip.
2) Black side is visible from the interior, white side in the trunk.
3) Originals used the top material turned inside out? I think the repros use vinyl instead.
