Man you guys would eat my Tempest up for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! I think that yes, IF you say that it is a restoration and you do that stuff you can say it is a peeve. But if it is your car really who cares....
My car started out getting a restoration, then this broke, that got dented, ran out of money. The car started to look mean. So I went with it.
I have bumpers painted, no rocker molding etc, engine compartment painted black, missing engine paint cause it flaked off you name it.
Here's the great thing. I always get like 50 people standing around my car cause I let people sit in it, start it up, rev the motor, listen to the aftermarket stereo at full blast. Cause yes it is a 67' but the point is to drive it.
