once bench bleeding is done put the cap on the master cylinder reservoir, tilt the unit onto its side so the bleeder hoses are pointing up and remove them. With the cylinder in the same position, move to the car. Rotate the cylinder to line up with the brake lines and thread the lines in. You may lose a drop or two of fluid, but not enough to really matter. Once tightened up and mounted to the booster or firewall, bleed the rear then front brakes one at a time making sure that the fluid level in the cylinder doesn't run out.
