I was always real proud of those pictures.
As I recall,I was standing on a barstool when I shot the rear 3/4 view which gave it just the right angle.
The shadows,depth of field,exposure & backdrop just seem to really flow.
The subject also contributes ALOT to the photo quality.
It was definately the NICEST early T/A around here at the time. (those are REAL JW's under the factory installed PO6 trim rings)
When I think back,it was amazing how many "pile of junk" early T/A's were around in the early 80's.(NOBODY was restoring them yet)
What's missing from this shoot is Norwoods 70 1/2.
It would be the PERFECT mate for the photo shoot that GM never did.
I'll bet they would have sold a TON more blue T/A's if one was actually pictured in the showroom brochure & sales/order guide.
