As to the possibility of it not being driven more than 52K in 42 years, well, I have a '69 with just over 50K on the clock...and I know where it has been since June of 1970 (when my folks bought it with just over 17K miles on it) so it is possible (I also have a '69 Camaro with 64K on the odometer FWIW). Both of those cars have received repaints.

I interpret the 07B build date as July of '69...as I think model year production did not start until late August/early September...correct me if I'm wrong.
My 1969 Oldsmobile 442 convertible was produced the second week of July 1969 so both these cars were produced the same week but at different factories.
