The other thing that could be done is to take Dad to a Cup race as you said he likes NASCAR. Pocono is this weekend and August 4th is the second race. Watkins Glen wouldn't be too far, New Hampshire, Dover, Kentucky, Richmond, Bristol, Martinsville...
Being at the race is so much better than watching on TV. Watching the tube - you only get to see the race they show you. If you have a favorite driver - you can follow him as much as you want. |
I like this idea. The biggest problem might be my dad being able to get in and out of the car through the window lol. I am going to looking the one at Dover a little more. But for the time being, if anyone else has any suggestions please feel free to post them!
