Holy crap, I need to get my '64 done! I want to drive it NOW!
I'm just a young wannabee but I was raised on this! My second car was a '64 GTO with a '66 421 and Tri Power (first car was the '65 Le Mans convert). I sold the GTO to pay tuition... But after feeling the goosebumps from that video, I am now looking outside at my "new" '64 project, tucked away under tons of tarps (and 10" of snow!). I need to get that thing going!
If that video showed a younger driver or some cable TV show hype-dude, it wouldn't be nearly as cool. You guys who grew up with these cars are the real thing. Us thirty-somethings just love to hear the stories of how it really was, and really is. Thanks!
