I'm glad it worked for you. The 12" hinge is much cheaper but I bought the 48" one just because I thought I'd screw them up and have to make multiple prototypes. I'd say the most critical parts are to install the hinge with the pivoting part as close to the location of the plastic hinge and to be careful to drill the holes in the door at the location where the metal is separated from the plastic front.
