I think your comment was, You can't save them all.
I do think, if it was a complete car, there is no question that it's a perfect car to restore.
This one was lost, unfortunately, when they removed the drive train.
Without it's soul, the OHC 6 Sprint drive train, It just became a donor, a parts car.

Someone who would buy this car to restore to factory would have to have an unlimited check book and a real love of basic, no major options, 67 Sprints.
And the Big Brother 66 Catalina convertible is my bucket list car.
We're having our 50th high school reunion in the fall of 2016
I had my first date with my bride senior year of high school, March 11 1966, driving a 58 Olds 98 Starfire Convertible !
I plan on taking her to the reunion in that Black 66 Catalina convertible !
