Well, after further consultation with Bruce it's obvious the stock type rocker nuts won't work with these PRW rockers. I have ordered some comp cam poly locks that are about 1/8" to 1/4" shorter and hopefully those in concert with a 5/16" valve cover gasket will do the trick. If not, I have also ordered a 3/8 billet spacer just in case.
Could someone check their car please and let me know how much clearance there is between the stock valve cover and the bottom of the pre-heater elbow. I would greatly appreciate it.
