Your VIN around N122xxx - N123xxx? That would be good for the cowl tag date and number. Is your tag riveted on?

Your car is also a Zone car so may have sat for awhile before sold at a dealer. (may have had 2 phs?)

The PHS numbers are basically for when it went to dealer and was sold.
Would have thought the door decal would correlate to the cowl tag.
Could have sat in 'purgatory' for something needing worked on and then sent out?

wwilder's car seems to be close enough to each other. (for the numbers posted)

Mike probably knows more on the actual date of the 6 digit number.
I'd say around April. But don't know if they counted every day or just work days.

Also don't know if there was any work stoppage (or the EGR fiasco problems)
