I have 2 of the Tripower ones that I run with the Rochester carbs.
They're super nice intakes, and work really well.
Be advised that they do have some machine work that needs to be done before you can install them.
Both of mine req'd a .065" correction cut.
And you will need to do some grinding on the back of the intake and the distributor cap (stock points distributor) to open that interference up.
Also, the intake to cylinder head bolt holes need to be spot faced to get the bolts to sit flat on the intake.
The 2nd one I bought I had Jeff open up to 340CFM to match the E-Heads I have on the 469, and the 1st one was ported to 310CFM to match the E-Heads on a 464.
