1980 and 1981 had the opening scoop. I used to own a 1980 back in 1981. I bought a THM 400 kickdown bracket for my 1976 Firebird, when my 400 trans gets finished. It was the same bracket for the cowl induction Chevelle. It seemed a common bracket for the accel pedal.
