Agree with that. I'm still waiting on a pulley set from RARE that I ordered 14 months ago. I ordered a black powder coated set (versus bare aluminum), and Paul said the only holdup is the crank pulley. Apparently he has plenty of bare aluminum crank pulleys, but no black crank pulleys, so he asked if I wanted to change my order to bare aluminum. Nope. What I don't understand is why he can't take one of the bare aluminum crank pulleys he says are in stock and powder coat it to complete my black set... I feel like have never once gotten complete info from RARE regarding multiple purchases.
