No biggie, sometimes the hardest thing is getting the brushes loaded back in and retained to slip both halves back together, but it does help to have a vise and some scraps of wood to press the new bearings in, you can just drive the old ones out with a proper fitting socket and hammer!
In regards to the brushes, now the time to replace those while it's open and also use some wet or dry 800 grit paper to polish up the two armature rings that they ride on.
Also you need to make note of how the case is clocked before you slip it apart so it will bolt up back into the brackets right.

Brushes are easy, you just need a paper clip

I've seen where 'saver' bearings have been used too many times and the case is boogered, can't retain the bearing properly. Hopefully that's not the case (no pun intended)

I believe there's 2 holes in the brush retainers that you can slip a paper clip into to hold them in place during assembly. Straighten the paper clips out and slide them in from the outside of the case half so you can pull them when assembled. Might be able to do that with tape too, it's been a while since I've done one.

I used to spin the rotor with an electric impact and dress the slip rigs with a fine single cut file.

Listen for both the brushes to click into engagement as you slowly pull the paperclip out when its all back together. Drawing a line on the 2 case halves with a sharpie/etc before you disassemble ensures proper clocking as stated. When pressing bearings into case only put pressure on the outside race of the bearing or you may/will damage the balls/inner race. If pressing a bearing onto shaft, put your pressure on inside race.

I'm sure you can find a video online to walk you thru it.

None. It's not even an interference fit.
