I met Arnie at a speed shop my son worked at right after college. His white Tempest had blown the motor and they were tearing it down to inspect and determine the fault. He signed one of the pistons out of that motor for me.  He was so great to talk to. You'd think he knew you all your life. Mark L

I have more experience with long, high-speed, high-energy burnouts than most folks. The slightest traction difference left-to-right will kick the car around. I personally have ended burnouts facing sideways and facing totally turned around backwards.
I would advise my PY friends not to get caught up in the chatter of the keyboard experts. Eric

i agree........retire before you hurt or kill somebody, its all fun and games until somebody gets hurt !!! Arnie may be a great guy and a great showman but now he is dangerous

Arnie is a legend! He does not have to go down the track to maintain his status in drag racing. I know of several folks who have tried to get Arnie out of the car. He loves the thrill too much. Unfortunately, I don't think it will ever happen.
