Everyone has an opinion; here's mine: Following the manufacturers recommendation is never a bad thing- I took the inners out. Also, as long as coolant temperature is in check, run it for 20-25 minutes varying RPM from 1800-2500.

I was also told to run the engine for only 5 min at a time let cool offcomple the run 5min repeat until you have 30min break in time.

What is working and what is not on engine break in theses days?

As far as oil I use Brad Penn ( the green oil)
