I am building a 69 GTO for strip/street (note mainly strip because it eats race gas).
I have read up on many of the alternatives for replacing the front drums with some sort of discs. Mainly the focus hear seems to be handling and braking, not really my main concern as long as whatever I get will stop faster than the drums in the run-off area. My main concern is WEIGHT. What kits or cross-breed combination is going to allow me to do the swap and save the most weight off the front end? Thanks in advance for any ideas.
