Default 455 into a 68 gto motor mount question.

I am installing a 1972 455 in a 1968 gto. The motor was taken from a 1965 gto with the same frame mounts as my 68. The 65 is getting a period correct 389 tri-power. The motor mounts for the 389 are exactly the same as the 455 motor mounts. In previous posts I was told I needed 455 only mounts. I'm confused, any help would be appreciated. I need to rent a hoist to install the 455 and would hate to not have the correct motor and frame mounts and have to pay additonal charges waiting for parts to arrive.
