Front Fender Emblems for 1968 GTO??

Hi All,
What is the correct placement of the GTO emblems on the front fenders for a 1968 GTO??
I got my hands on some NOS fenders and didn't realize the holes weren't there until the old fenders had sold.

I am going to contact the buyer and see if I can get measurements but thought I would check here too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
